Full Service Requests Announcement
Today, Tracument is very pleased to announce that we have a new product joining our platform: Full Service Requests are now available to all firms!
Full Service Requests (FSRs) are outsourced requests where your firm simply tells us what third-party records or documents you need, and we do the rest. Trained and experienced Tracument staff will send out the initial request, complete all follow-ups and payments, and upload a searchable digital copy.
The main features:
- Request any records in Canada — medical, employment, government, or financial.
- Complete transparency, so you can see exactly when we will follow up before launching the request.
- Receive confirmation or an update when anything happens so you are always up-to-date.
- Auto-generate authorisations with one click.
- Significant discounts available depending on the volume of requests each month.
- Full cost recovery of both charges and third-party invoices to your accounting system.
You can expect the following benefits:
- Save immense amounts of staff time!
- Temporarily increase your firm's document requesting capacity or clear a backlog.
- Fastest possible turnaround time facilitated by knowledgeable and experienced record collecting clerks.
- Complete control over and up-to-date information about the status of your requests.
- Access to our excellent client support.
- FSR can be used with our Request Automator, so you can choose the best method for making a given request and everything is centralised in one place.
Full Service Requests have been in beta testing for some time, and are now ready and available to all firms. We invite new and existing clients to try them out. There is no contract, and you can assign as many or as few as you like. Enjoy discounted pricing for your first 60 days.
Here is what our beta-testers are saying:
Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the turnaround time on productions. I was thrilled to find [the] urgent requests made [recently] are all in. That's impressive! And it is such a timesaver. — RM
