Introducing a New Way to View Your Matters in Tracument
At Tracument, we're always looking for ways to make document management simpler and more efficient for our users. Traditionally, our platform has organized your view by activity type in Activities, but we know that our users often think in terms of their clients and their matters.
That's why we're excited to announce a brand-new feature that will launch this Monday: Matters--a view that organizes all your activities by matter number. This means that instead of sifting through different activity types, you'll now be able to see every document and action related to a specific client or case in one place.
This new view will save you time and help you keep track of everything related to a particular matter, making your workflow smoother and more intuitive.
As with any new feature, this is currently in beta. While it will not yet include every single detail from every activity type, we're working quickly to expand it. We also welcome your feedback to help us improve it even further!
To help you get started, we'll also be attaching a brief video explainer to this blog post. It's about five minutes long and will walk you through the new interface and features.
We're confident this update will make a big difference in how you interact with Tracument, and we can't wait for you to try it out!
