What 2024 Looked Like for Tracument!

This year, we were able to push out a number of updates that hopefully made your workflows easier! We are always looking to improve, so please keep those suggestions coming in! Here are some updates that were pushed out this year, feel free to let us know what you think!

1. OCR Full-Service Records

   • This automation saves significant time and effort by making scanned documents searchable immediately upon upload, a huge win for efficiency in document-heavy workflows.
   • Description: Uploads of received documents in requests and provided documents in Full-Service Invoice will now OCR (Optical Character Recognition) documents on upload. If the upload is a zip, it will OCR the PDFs in the zip.

2. Full-Service Analytics

   • Full Service analytics has been added.
   • Description: Have access to analytics that empower users to track and optimize their processes, making data-driven decisions easier and more effective.

3. Invoice Approvals

   • This prevents unnecessary work and saves time and resources, providing a smoother experience for both the user and recipient.
   • Description: Users can get approval for a Paywall before compiling documents, reducing wasted effort on rejected requests.

4. Request External Message Response

   • This streamlines communication and reduces manual errors in external messaging, making collaboration faster and more accurate.
   • Description: In a Full-Service Request, external message options from the list can be selected, and selections populate the message.

5. Automatic Request Automator Reminders

   • Automating reminders eliminates the need for manual follow-ups, ensuring tasks progress smoothly and efficiently without additional effort from the user. These automated reminders will continue running until they are manually turned off, with the option to extend beyond three months if permitted by the user.
   • Description: Firms can now turn on a feature for reminders to be sent automatically.

Charitable Donations

Tracument always believes in giving back to our community.

This year, Tracument has supported local food banks, a Toronto organization called the People With Aids Foundation (PWA) that does fantastic work for people with HIV/AIDS and those struggling with food insecurity.

We also support a number of professional organizations related to our clients including the Ontario Trial Law Association (OTLA), the BC Legal Management Association (BCLMA) , Capilano University, Thomas Reuters, and the Canadian Innovation Forum. In the coming years we hope to support a Latin American organization that supports women and girls in the field of technology.

These organizations are dear to our employees for various reasons. Getting involved and giving back is one of the most rewarding things we do
